Apay Technology and Solution Pvt. Ltd., is one of the fastest growing Consultancy firm primarily engaged in HR & Staffing solution. The company is co-founded by Industry experts with an aim to help Industries facing complex problems in handling their human resource related issues. Way back in the year 2005 we have started our journey for mass fresher recruitment through campus drives in the name and style of Apay Outsourcing and in the process, we have placed more than 5000 candidates and helped more than 200 clients to onboard those passed out students into their pool. While our proven track record on Campus Solutions gives us a self-satisfaction on one side, our aspiration to refine and redefine our milestone gives us an impetus to expand our horizon and reach a new height on another side. In order to broaden our line of business and cater 360-degree solution to HR need of our clients, we have floated an additional entity in the name and style of Apay Technology and Solution Private Limited in the year of 2017, primarily to cover Permanent/fulltime Staffing & Contractual Staffing Solution for the Industry. Since inception, we catered diversified HR solution at a stretch to Government, Corporate, MNCs, SMEs, SOHO, IT Sector, Non-IT sector, Manufacturing Sector, Life Science, Healthcare & Pharma/ Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure, Automotive & Automobile, FMCG & FMCD, Telecom & Telecom Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Logistics, KPO, CRO, Academics, Institutes, Healthcare, Hospitality, Tourism, Pharmaceuticals & Consulting Companies etc. We work in complete engagement mode with our client to understand their need and provide a tailor-made solution to them depending on their interest with full honesty, integrity & commitment.

Keeping in mind the orientation, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates

Once we have determined a mutual interest in pursuing specific candidates, we will contact them, apprise them of the opportunity and elicit their interest in the position. We will then evaluate them with the aim of determining a profile match with the job and understand the suitability & interest of candidates. In addition to personal interviews, we may use Psychometric assessment tools such as Thomas Profiling

Interviews


For the most appropriate candidates, we will prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. On receiving feedback from the candidates and you on the meetings, we will work along with you to draw up a final shortlist.

Reference check

We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies
