Santosh holds management degrees from the Institute of Management & Information Science (IMIS). Supported by “tons of self-belief, hard work and more than a stroke of luck” as he himself puts it, Santosh is widely perceived as the pioneer of professional search and selection services in India. He had worked with First Flight Courier, Karrox Technologies, SSI & BIITM. Santosh’s career is marked by many milestones – he has been the Vice President of Eklavya College of Technology & Science, Visiting Professor at BIITM, TRIDENT, IMAGE, Odisha. Santosh often shares his diverse experiences and vast knowledge of industry chambers and human resource.
