Netrananda carries 26 years of experience in Consultancy, Education & IT Industry, worked with various corporate like, HCL Infosystems Ltd., PCS Industries Ltd., InTarvo Technologies Ltd, Zenith Computers Ltd., Zerobase Computers Pvt. Ltd, MOL India, during his career journey. He is widely perceived as the pioneer of professional search and selection services in India. Apart from being a corporate Citizen, he is a passionate trainer in Soft-skill, Change Management and a visiting faculty to Educational Institutions like GIET, NIIS, IIHT to name a few. He often shares his diverse experiences and vast knowledge of industry chambers and human resource forums. He has received the prestigious Long Performance Award from HCL for his relentlessness journey of 11 years with the organization.
